About  2024 FIRA RoboWorld Cup

The 29th edition of the FIRA Robotics and Artificial Intelligence World Cup in 2024, like previous editions, will bring together the top three ranked teams in robotics and artificial intelligence competitions from around the world. In this way, the winners of each league at the national level receive the qualification to participate in the international competition, which is taking place in Brazil this time.

The World Federation of Robotics and Artificial Intelligence (FIRA), founded by Professor Jong-Hwan Kim of South Korea in 1996, has launched the oldest international robotics football competition. FIRA Cup has evolved from humble beginnings into a major robotics competition to use sports as a benchmark for advanced research in robotics and related fields. The FIRA Robotics World Cup, held annually in one of the world's countries by the World Federation of Robotics and Artificial Intelligence (FIRA), provides a platform for challenging young generations and researchers in the field of autonomous mobile robots.
